KCRA 3 will track the progress of "the Boulevard" Concept Home as the extensive remodel of the 1940's California Ranch home while it is being rebuilt. Televised segments will follow the construction and highlight the participants products and services. The end of construction will be followed with ticket sales to tour the home, and gala events whose proceeds will go to the participating charities, HomeAid and Special Olympics. It is not often that a small construction company can have such an impact for local charities. Monarch Homes, Inc. is truly honored to be able to participate in this worthy cause.
